We accept returns on many of our items, here is our detailed returns policy:
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. We are also unable to refund personalised products, the exceptions to this are our envelope necklaces and envelope cufflinks which we will refund minus £10 for the personalised wooden etching as long as returned to us in perfect condition and in original packaging.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty we will offer you the option of a repair/replacement or a full refund. In the case of a full refund we will only offer this once we have received the faulty item back. We will refund returns postage on faulty items up to the value of 1st class signed for. Please note that we are not able to refund the postage value for items send to us via Special Delivery post.
Please note: If we feel that your purchase is not faulty but has instead been poorly cared for we may ask you to cover the repair costs.
